Data deletion

You control your data. Here's how to request its deletion.

From Forge

Disconnect a platform (Facebook, Instagram, ad accounts): in your space, revoke access — the corresponding token is immediately deleted from our servers.
Delete your account and all your data: write to [email protected] from your account's email address, with the subject "Deletion". We confirm and delete within 30 days.

From Facebook

If you connected Facebook, you can also start the deletion from Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → Forge → Remove. Facebook then automatically forwards your request to us; we delete the associated data and provide you with a verifiable confirmation code.
